Brake Plate Composition Structure

The brake pads are usually made of steel plate, adhesive insulation layer and friction block. The steel plate is painted to rust, and the coating process is used to check the temperature distribution of the coating process with SMT-4 furnace temperature tester to ensure the quality. The insulation layer is composed of non-heat transfer material, the purpose is to heat. The friction block is composed of friction material, adhesive, brake is squeezed in the brake disc or brake drum on the friction, so as to achieve the purpose of vehicle deceleration brake. Due to friction, the friction block will gradually be worn, in general, the lower the cost of the brake pads wear faster.
